• PhD in Systems Biology, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, CS, Applied Mathematics or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in systems biology or computational modeling of biological systems.
• Expertise in network analysis, graph theory, and computational modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in Python or R; experience with modeling/simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of molecular biology, cell biology, and genetics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, validate, and apply computational models of biological networks (gene regulatory networks, metabolic pathways, signaling cascades).
• Integrate diverse datasets (genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, time-series) to build system models.
• Design and perform in silico experiments to test hypotheses and perturbation effects.
• Analyze network data to identify key nodes, pathways, regulatory mechanisms.
• Collaborate with experimental teams to design data-generating studies.
• Develop algorithms for network inference and analysis.
