• PhD in Systems Biology, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, CS, Applied Mathematics or related quantitative field.

• Proficiency in Python or R; experience with modeling/simulation tools.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Systems Biology, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in systems biology or computational modeling of biological systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in network analysis, graph theory, and computational modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with relevant modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, NetLogo, COBRApy).
• Strong understanding of molecular biology, cell biology, and genetics.
• Experience integrating and analyzing multi-omics data is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead collaborative projects in a remote setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex scientific concepts.
