The ideal candidate has a PhD in a quantitative field, 5+ years in computational biology, and strong programming and cloud experience. This is a remote-first role with flexible collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• PhD required in a quantitative field related to computational biology or bioinformatics.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in computational biology or bioinformatics, focused on genomics.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Perl and experience with bioinformatics libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement computational pipelines for large-scale omics datasets.
• Apply statistics and machine learning to identify biomarkers and targets.
• Collaborate with experimental biologists and clinicians to interpret results.
