Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with clients to define their specific IT talent needs, particularly in software development roles.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing for software development roles (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, Full-Stack, Front-End, Back-End). Proven ability to understand technical requirements and effectively screen candidates for various programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Excellent sourcing skills and experience using advanced search techniques and social media for talent acquisition. Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM software. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions independently. Must be highly motivated, self-disciplined, and comfortable working remotely with excellent time management skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
