The role requires a National Diploma or Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, with 10+ years in project site management and a proven ability to lead diverse teams remotely.

Qualifications

• Requires National Diploma or Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Professional registration (e.g., Pr. CM, Pr. Eng) is advantageous.
• Min 10 years’ progressive experience in construction site management; track record of leading diverse projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and safety legislation.
• Proficient with construction management software and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and remote-team management capabilities.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects remotely, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and implement detailed site management plans and schedules.
• Coordinate foremen, supervisors, and subcontractors on-site via delegated personnel.
• Maintain strict health, safety, and environmental standards across sites.
• Monitor progress and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Manage site resources, equipment, and materials procurement and allocation.
• Facilitate communication between project team, clients, consultants and regulators.
• Review and approve project documentation including progress reports and inspections.
• Assess site-specific risks and implement mitigation strategies.
