Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management delivering complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of SA building regulations, health and safety, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, budget, schedule, and resources for Mossel Bay projects.
• Coordinate all project activities to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee site operations, supervise contractors and on-site personnel, ensuring safety compliance.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation measures.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, and invoices to stay within financial constraints.
• Communicate with stakeholders (clients, engineers, architects, regulators) and provide updates.
