Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Security Architect to join their globally distributed remote team. You will define and implement security architecture across cloud, network, data, and applications, shaping the company’s security vision.

Lead security initiatives from a remote setting, collaborate with engineering, DevOps and product teams, and drive risk assessments, security policies, and technology evaluations to protect diverse IT systems.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS, Info Security or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years designing and implementing complex security architectures in distributed environments.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or TOGAF are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and document enterprise security architecture, policies, and standards.
• Lead evaluation and selection of security technologies and platforms.
• Provide strategic guidance on cloud, network, data and application security.
• Develop and maintain security roadmaps to address threats and business needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps and product teams to embed security into the development lifecycle.
• Conduct security architecture reviews and risk assessments for new initiatives.
