Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a fully remote recruitment team. Based in George, you will manage complex recruitment projects, develop strategic sourcing plans, and build strong client and candidate relationships in a virtual setting.

You will lead end-to-end processes, implement innovative sourcing, assess candidates, and provide market insights to clients while mentoring junior team members in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• Exceptional understanding of remote recruitment tools and strategies.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly grasp client industries and needs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills, adapted for a virtual environment.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of client roles, from junior to executive levels.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates globally.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including competency-based interviews and psychometric evaluations where appropriate.
• Provide expert consultative advice to clients on market trends, compensation, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Nurture and expand client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the recruitment team in a remote context.
