Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a remote-first team focused on the Built Environment—architects, engineers, project managers, and construction professionals across South Africa.

You will leverage deep industry knowledge and a strong network to connect clients with top talent and candidates with exciting career opportunities, delivering strategic advice and market intelligence in a flexible, fully remote setting.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in Built Environment recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries and their talent needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and online sourcing tools.
• Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for roles within the Built Environment , including architects, civil engineers, project managers, and construction professionals.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-caliber passive candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating technical skills, project experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic advice to clients on talent acquisition within the AEC sector.
