Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in Built Environment recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries and their talent needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and online sourcing tools.
• Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a fully remote environment.
