Placements24 is partnering with a dynamic real estate investment firm to recruit a Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst. This fully remote role operates across South Africa with a focus on Gauteng markets and the flexibility to work from anywhere in the country.
You will build and maintain sophisticated financial models, conduct market research, evaluate opportunities, and prepare investment memorandums for senior leadership, collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis or corporate finance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify real estate investment opportunities across asset classes.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for property valuation and cash flow projections.
- Perform due diligence on potential acquisitions, including financial and property assessments.
- Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for senior management and investment committee.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify risks and opportunities, proposing asset management actions.
- Collaborate with brokers, developers, and industry professionals in a remote setting.
