Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Real Estate Development Manager to oversee end-to-end development projects from conception to completion. The role emphasizes site acquisition, entitlements, design and construction coordination, budgeting, and stakeholder management in a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in real estate development, a strong grasp of the lifecycle from zoning to financing, and proven leadership abilities to drive projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive real estate development project management experience.
• Proven track record across residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
• Deep knowledge of entitlement, design, construction, and financing.
• Strong knowledge of zoning regulations, building codes, and permitting processes.
• Excellent project management, financial analysis, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential development sites with feasibility studies.
• Lead development from land acquisition to project completion.
• Manage relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities.
• Develop budgets, pro formas, and funding structures.
• Oversee design, ensure market fit and financial objectives.
• Coordinate construction, monitor progress, and ensure quality and safety.
