Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse real estate portfolio from a remote location. You will develop and execute strategies to maximize returns, manage risk, and align with investment objectives while collaborating with acquisitions, leasing and property management teams.
The role requires 7–10 years of progressive experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of real estate finance, investment analysis, and market trends.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years in real estate portfolio or asset management.
- Experience managing large, complex portfolios.
- Strong understanding of real estate finance, investment analysis, and market trends.
- Remote or distributed leadership experience.
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the real estate portfolio.
- Oversee portfolio performance including financials, leasing, and capital improvements.
- Conduct portfolio reviews, analyze market conditions, identify acquisition/disposition opportunities.
- Manage relationships with third-party managers, brokers, and service providers.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, performance metrics, and forecasts for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and investment guidelines across the portfolio.
