Placements24 is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a remote portfolio with a focus on profitability across locations including Klerksdorp. You will handle operations, tenant relations, budgets, and maintenance coordination from a fully remote setup.

The role requires at least 6 years in property management, strong knowledge of laws, and excellent communication. You will coordinate with leasing teams and drive occupancy and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in property management.
• Experience in residential or commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of property laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Proven financial management experience and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio.
• Manage tenant relations, lease negotiations, renewals, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and manage property budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects.
• Conduct property inspections (virtual and on-site as needed).
• Work with leasing and marketing teams to minimize vacancies and optimize rental income.
