Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or Portfolio Manager.
• Strong knowledge of property management software and financial reporting.
• Excellent understanding of landlord-tenant laws and maintenance best practices.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with owners, tenants and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties.
• Oversee leasing activities including tenant acquisition and rent collection.
• Develop strategies to maximise profitability and asset value.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting and expense control.
