You will steer budgets, schedules, risk controls, and contract oversight across projects while mentoring virtual teams and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction management, with senior leadership.
• Experience managing multi-million Rand construction projects remotely.
• Expertise in construction law, contract management, and financial controls.
• Proficiency in leading-edge project management software and collaboration tools.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills for remote team management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for multiple concurrent construction projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation with a remote team structure.
• Oversee contract administration, negotiation, and management of all third-party vendors and subcontractors.
• Implement and monitor robust risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards across all projects.
