Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across different time zones and cultures.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years focused on software implementation or rollout projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex software projects, preferably with a global scope.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams).
• Demonstrated ability to manage distributed teams effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
