Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Project Manager to oversee end-to-end software implementations for clients across industries. This fully remote role allows you to work from home while coordinating cross-functional teams in SA.

You will plan projects, run workshops, manage scope and risks, and ensure client satisfaction from initiation to post-go-live support. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of PM experience, strong communication, and familiarity with ERP/CRM deployments.

About the Role Our client, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, is seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation of their software products for clients across various industries. This is a fully remote role, enabling you to work from home while managing diverse implementation projects. You will be responsible for the entire implementation lifecycle, from initial client consultation and project planning to system configuration, user training, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of software implementation methodologies, and the ability to manage client expectations effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of enterprise software solutions for clients, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget for each implementation.
• Lead and coordinate client project teams, implementation consultants, and technical resources.
• Facilitate client workshops for requirements gathering, system design, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues.
• Manage project scope, identify and resolve scope creep, and handle change requests effectively.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of software to meet client-specific needs.
• Develop and deliver user training programs and documentation.
• Monitor project progress against milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on software implementation projects.
• Proven experience managing client-facing projects and building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with software implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software implementations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
