Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Define roadmaps, scope, objectives, and KPIs for digital initiatives.
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines, aligning with strategic goals.
- Foster collaboration across IT, marketing, operations and partners using virtual tools.
- Identify and manage risks, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure successful implementation and adoption of new digital technologies and processes.
