Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Technology Management, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record in digital transformation or technology-driven change initiatives.
• Proven experience leading complex projects in a fully remote environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies, cloud computing, data analytics, and modern software development practices.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for managing distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital transformation projects across the organization.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.
• Manage project teams, including internal resources and external consultants, fostering collaboration and accountability in a remote setting.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the implementation of new digital technologies, platforms, and processes, ensuring seamless integration.
• Facilitate effective communication and change management strategies to ensure stakeholder buy-in and successful adoption of new digital capabilities.
