You will collaborate with executive leadership, IT, and business units to ensure successful adoption of new digital capabilities, managing large-scale transformation programs in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience with a focus on digital transformation.
• Proven experience leading large-scale IT and business process transformation projects.
• Experience managing projects in a fully remote environment.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects.
• Define scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with strategic goals.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
