Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project management experience with digital transformation and technology implementation.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is essential.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects using agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives and distributed teams.
• Experience with cloud technologies, data analytics, and modern software development practices is highly preferred.
• Track record of budgets exceeding R10 million and delivering business value through digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of complex digital transformation projects from inception to completion.
• Develop roadmaps, budgets, and resource plans; adapt strategies for remote workforce.
• Manage and mentor geographically dispersed project teams; foster innovation and accountability.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, provide updates, manage expectations, drive consensus on project direction.
• Oversee selection and implementation of new technologies and processes; ensure adoption across the business.
