The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering with 8+ years' experience in process safety, deep knowledge of PSM and PHAs (HAZOP/LOPA/FMEA), and PE or CSP credentials are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in process safety engineering.
• Knowledge of PSM regulations and industry standards (e.g., OSHA 29 CFR).
• Experience with PHAs (HAZOP, LOPA, FMEA) and risk assessment techniques.
• PE or CSP certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage Process Safety Management programs.
• Lead PHAs such as HAZOP, LOPA, and FMEA.
• Oversee investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver process safety training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
• Provide expert safety guidance to projects and operations.
