Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Process Safety Management (PSM) programs.
• Conduct and lead Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) such as HAZOP, LOPA, and FMEA.
• Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver process safety training to relevant personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide expert consultation and technical support on process safety matters to project teams and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in process safety engineering , preferably in the chemical or oil & gas industry.
• In-depth knowledge of PSM regulations (e.g., OSHA 29 CFR ) and industry standards.
• Proven experience with various PHA methodologies and risk assessment techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification is highly desirable.
