Qualifications

- Drive continuous improvement across departments.
- Oversee key projects, with on-time, on-scope delivery.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to translate needs into strategies.
- Facilitate communication among remote teams.
- Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation and playbooks.
- Stay abreast of best practices and new technologies.
