Placements24 is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead a remote-first operations function across the organisation. You will shape processes, drive efficiency, and manage cross-functional teams in a distributed environment.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in operational strategy, and proficiency with Lean/Six Sigma and project management. This remote position supports a flexible, high-performance culture and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a senior operational management role, preferably in tech or fast-paced industry.
• Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and growth.
• Excellent leadership and remote team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and project management.

• Develop, implement, and refine operational strategies and policies to enhance efficiency and productivity across all departments.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of projects and objectives.
