You will develop and oversee safety management systems, conduct risk assessments and audits, investigate incidents, and deliver training while ensuring compliance with national and international standards. This fully remote role supports a proactive safety culture across South Africa.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field is required.
• Minimum 8 years of progression in health and safety management, preferably in mining.
• NOSA or COMAH certification is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of mining-specific H&S risks and mitigations.

• Develop and oversee H&S management systems across mining operations.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections.
