Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
• Strong lean manufacturing knowledge and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with CAD and process simulation tools (Arena/AnyLogic).
• Proficient in SPC, data analysis, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes to improve efficiency.
• Analyze production lines, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization ideas.
• Create and maintain SOPs and training materials.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and production teams for seamless integration.
• Use simulation and statistics to validate improvements before implementation.
• Perform remote root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
