Placements24 is seeking a Remote Senior Manufacturing Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes and drive efficiency across multiple sites. You will guide on-site teams remotely, integrating new technologies and standards to elevate quality and performance.

The role emphasizes process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with R&D and operations to scale manufacturability globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on process optimization and advanced manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and SPC.
• Experience with various manufacturing technologies and automation systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and influence remote teams and communicate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing strategies and process improvements.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency gains, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Provide technical expertise and remote support for manufacturing operations, troubleshooting complex issues.
• Oversee the introduction of new manufacturing technologies and equipment, ensuring seamless integration.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and operations to translate designs into manufacturable solutions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and best practices for global implementation.
