Job summary

Uptime Solutions Ltd. is seeking a highly capable Level 3 Engineer for remote, UK-hours support. You will be a key escalation point, help deploy projects into BAU, and guide other engineers in a fast-paced multi-client setting.

The role focuses on Microsoft/Azure, networking and security, with a hands-on approach. Ideal candidates have MSP experience, strong communications, and flexibility for out-of-hours on-call as part of a support rota.

Qualifications

• Must hold Microsoft certifications listed or equivalent legacy credentials.
• Proven experience with MS 365 and Azure AD administration.
• Strong networking knowledge: VLANs, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, firewall rules.
• Experience supporting multi-client MSP environments.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ConnectWise) and remote support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Level 3 escalation for technical issues from L1/L2 teams.
• Support UK client deployments and BAU transitions remotely.
• Collaborate on service improvements and project deployments.
