The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT recruitment with a strong cybersecurity emphasis, expert sourcing skills, and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated IT recruitment experience with cybersecurity focus.
• Proven success in sourcing niche technical roles and high-volume requisitions.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-demand cybersecurity roles globally.
• Develop advanced sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess fit.
• Manage full lifecycle from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine search criteria and timelines.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely feedback to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends to inform strategies.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
