Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• PM certification (PMP) highly desirable.
• 8+ years of progressive industrial engineering experience with 5+ years in PM/implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute and close industrial engineering projects.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables and resource needs with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed plans with timelines, budgets and milestones.
• Mitigate risks and manage issues with contingency plans.
• Oversee process improvements, new tech and system upgrades; track KPIs.
