Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in industrial engineering with process improvement focus.
• Experience leading complex projects in remote/distributed teams.
• Proficiency with Arena or AnyLogic and statistical tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing industrial processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement optimized workflows, layouts, and systems to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Develop and utilize simulation models to test and validate proposed process changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
• Lead and manage industrial engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in industrial engineering.
• Stay abreast of latest technologies and methodologies in industrial engineering.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
