Placements24 is seeking a Remote Senior Industrial Engineer to lead operational excellence initiatives and drive data-driven improvements. The role requires strong expertise in statistics and process optimization across global teams, with emphasis on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

The successful candidate will analyze complex data, mentor engineers, and report to senior leadership, all within a fully remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 9+ years progressive experience in industrial engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional, remote projects.
• Proficiency with Minitab, JMP, Arena or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of programs for operational excellence.
• Analyze complex data with advanced statistical methods.
• Develop and deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile process improvements.
• Facilitate virtual kaizen events and workshops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions.
• Define and report KPIs on efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Mentor junior engineers and staff.
• Support data-driven decision making.
