Placements24 is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead optimization efforts in a remote, home-office setup. You will design and implement lean processes, mentor colleagues, and drive cross-functional improvements across multiple business units.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial engineering, expertise in lean and Six Sigma, and strong data-analysis capabilities. Flexibility to work across time zones and deliver tangible results is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations management.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Experience with data analysis software and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement optimized production and operational systems using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process docs, and training materials.
• Use data analysis tools and simulations to model changes and test systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones to implement solutions.
• Monitor performance and adjust systems for continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings and recommendations.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on projects.
