- Expert CAD and simulation tool proficiency (AutoCAD, Revit, Arena, FlexSim).
- Strong Lean manufacturing, material handling, and ergonomics knowledge.
- Remote work capability with excellent communication and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and redesign of plant layouts and workstation setups.
- Use CAD and simulation tools to test facility designs and material flow strategies.
- Develop project plans, specifications, and cost estimates for facility projects.
- Oversee implementation and mentor junior engineers.
- Present proposals and project updates to stakeholders.
