Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 6 years of industrial engineering experience focusing on facility layout and design.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD and plant simulation software required.
• Strong spatial reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills; remote collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize plant layouts to improve material flow, reduce handling costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Use 3D modeling tools to create detailed layout designs and visualizations.
• Run simulation studies to evaluate layout options and identify bottlenecks or safety concerns.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and safety teams to meet standards and requirements.
• Prepare documentation including drawings, equipment specs, and implementation plans.
