Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with Power Systems specialization.
- 8+ years in power grid operations or planning.
- Strong knowledge of power system dynamics, load forecasting, and contingency analysis.
- Experience with SCADA, EMS, and grid simulation tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time grid operations and respond to disturbances or emergencies.
- Analyze grid data to optimize power flow and voltage profiles.
- Develop procedures to improve grid reliability and stability.
- Collaborate on grid expansion and integration of new energy sources.
- Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and operational requirements.
