Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in golf course management with 3+ years as Superintendent.
• Degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, or Turfgrass Management preferred.
• Proven budget, staff, and resource management in demanding environments.

• Strong remote work ethic and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop agronomic plans for all turf areas to optimize health and playability.
• Lead and train the grounds maintenance team with clear direction.
• Oversee the maintenance budget for labor, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor pests, diseases, and weeds using IPM strategies.
• Collaborate on course improvements and capital expenditure planning.
