• Proven experience in golf course management or related hospitality operations.

• Excellent financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Proficiency in golf management software and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance course conditions, player experience, and facility profitability.
• Coordinate groundskeeping, F&B, pro shop, and event staff to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost control across departments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Plan and execute special events, tournaments, and member activities.
• Monitor feedback and implement service improvements to maintain high satisfaction.
