Placements24 is seeking a Senior Golf Course Operations Manager to lead a remote operations team responsible for maintenance, agronomy, and player services. The role focuses on delivering a world-class golf experience while upholding environmental stewardship and financial performance.

The candidate will guide a distributed team, set strategic operational plans, manage budgets, and ensure sanitary and sustainable course practices through advanced remote collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years in golf course management with remote leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of turfgrass science, irrigation, and pest/disease management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs and optimize revenue streams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans for golf course maintenance, including budgeting and staffing.
• Oversee agronomic program to maintain optimal playing conditions and sustainability.
• Manage player services, tee bookings, and event coordination with remote tools.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of superintendents and staff for continuous improvement.
