PhD required with 5+ years of experience; expertise in WGS/WES/RNA-Seq and Python or R; cloud experience (AWS/Google Cloud); strong communication for a distributed setup. Competitive salary and health benefits included.

Qualificações

• PhD in Genetics/Genomics/Bioinformatics required.
• 5+ years in genomic data analysis in research or drug discovery.
• Expertise with WGS, WES, and RNA-Seq data.
• Proficient in Python or R with relevant libraries.
• Experience with cloud platforms and Git for version control.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of genomic data analysis strategies (WGS, WES, RNA-Seq).
• Develop and apply advanced statistical and computational methods.
• Collaborate with biologists and clinicians to interpret findings.
• Build and maintain scalable bioinformatics pipelines and workflows.
• Mentor junior scientists and prepare scientific reports.
