Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Fundraising Manager for a prominent SA non-profit. This fully remote role can be fulfilled from anywhere in South Africa, with Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal as a base.

You will design and execute fundraising strategies to grow revenue for critical charitable initiatives nationwide while leading a dedicated team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fundraising, a relevant bachelor's degree, exceptional communication and grant-writing skills, and experience with CRM

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years progressive fundraising experience with track record of securing major donations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporations.
• Strong grant writing and reporting proficiency.
• Proficient with donor management software (CRM) and fundraising databases.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Strategic thinking with ability to develop complex fundraising plans.
