The role requires deep technical recruiting expertise, excellent sourcing abilities, and strong stakeholder management to deliver talent across diverse tech stacks in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, specializing in full-stack developers.
• Recruit for languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C# and frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Django, Spring.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methods.
• Exceptional sourcing skills using advanced boolean/X-ray techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role

Our client, a leading international recruitment consultancy, is looking for a Remote Senior Full-Stack Developer Recruiter to join their dynamic and entirely remote talent acquisition team. This is a prime opportunity for a seasoned recruiter specializing in technology to work from any location and contribute to sourcing top-tier full-stack development talent for clients across the globe. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding complex technical requirements to identifying, engaging, and placing highly skilled developers. The role requires deep technical acumen, exceptional sourcing capabilities, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers in the tech industry. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand full-stack developer roles, technical stacks, and required competencies.
• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies across various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche job boards) to identify top full-stack developer talent globally.
• Screen, assess, and interview candidates, evaluating technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines, providing timely updates to hiring managers and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pool of experienced full-stack developers.
• Stay current with technology trends, emerging programming languages, and the evolving landscape of full-stack development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our remote recruitment processes and employer branding efforts in the tech space.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong specialization in sourcing and placing full-stack developers.
• Proven ability to recruit for various programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Django, Spring).
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional sourcing skills and experience using Boolean search, X-ray searches, and other advanced techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• This role is 100% remote, requiring excellent time management, self-motivation, and a dedicated home office environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
