Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit Full Stack Developers with expertise in various front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET) technologies.
• Utilize effective sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and candidate databases, to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, project experience, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Full Stack Developers, providing them with timely updates and a positive candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific technology stacks, project requirements, and team dynamics.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, programming languages, and trends in the Full Stack development field.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of recruitment processes for technical roles within the remote team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven ability to recruit Full Stack Developers.
• Solid understanding of various front-end and back-end development frameworks and languages.
• Experience recruiting for roles across the entire web development stack.
• Excellent sourcing skills and proficiency in using recruitment technology and databases.
