The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial analysis, strong FP&A skills, and advanced Excel. Remote collaboration, regulatory compliance, and interdepartmental partnership are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CA(SA)) is a plus.
• 5+ years in financial analysis, corporate finance, or similar roles.
• Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis and advanced Excel.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analyses, and executive summaries for senior management.
• Analyze financial performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist in annual budgeting and ongoing re-forecasting processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making across units.
• Monitor KPIs and report on financial health regularly.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Improve existing financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects as required by management.
