Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field required.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or investment banking.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; Bloomberg/Refinitiv a plus.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sophisticated financial models for valuation, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify investment opportunities.
• Support deal teams through due diligence, negotiation and closing.
• Prepare financial presentations and memos for senior management and committees.
• Analyze financial statements and KPIs of target companies.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and provide ongoing support.
• Assist in preparing offering memorandums and documentation.
• Stay updated on markets, industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors.
