Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive hardware design experience in telecom or RF systems.
• Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout software (Altium or Cadence).
• Strong knowledge of RF, analog/digital design, power management, and SI.
• Experience with SI/PI/EMC simulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and remote collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test complex electrical circuits and systems for telecom equipment.
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs using industry tools.
• Perform simulations for SI, PI, EMC.
• Select components for high-frequency and power-efficient designs.
• Collaborate with firmware/software teams for hardware integration.
• Prototype bring-up, debugging, and validation.
• Document designs and test procedures meticulously.
• Stay abreast of telecom engineering advances.
