Placements24 is seeking a Remote Senior Electrical Design Engineer to lead the design and development of complex electrical systems for industrial and commercial projects from anywhere in South Africa.

You will mentor junior engineers, review schematics and panel layouts, ensure compliance with South African codes, and collaborate with a virtual team to deliver innovative electrical solutions that meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in electrical design with complex projects.
• Knowledge of South African electrical codes and standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit MEP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design process for projects, including schematics, single-line diagrams, and panel layouts.
