Placements24 is sourcing a Senior E-commerce Product Manager to lead product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for our e-commerce platforms. You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in product management with an e-commerce focus, strong data-driven decision making, and proven leadership in cross-functional teams. This fully remote role offers significant impact and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on e-commerce platforms and digital products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex e-commerce products.
• Deep understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard).
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the e-commerce platform.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer research to identify new product opportunities and requirements.
• Prioritize product initiatives and features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery using agile methodologies.
• Launch new products and features, working with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful adoption.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on existing features to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the e-commerce platform, providing guidance and insights to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product management practice within the organization.
